His teachings are rooted in the ancient science of yoga that he learned from his master Sri Kaleshwar who was an enlightened master of yoga and tantra living for decades in deep seclusion on the banks of the Ganges river. Sadhguru’s understanding of life challenges is drawn from his own personal experiences with adversity as well as those shared by millions during India’s independence movement, social upheavals, global conflicts, natural calamities and other tragedies.

Sadhguru, a yogi and visionary from India, is the author of “Karma.” His work spans over four decades, with more than 300 books published.
