How to Prepare Yourself for Wesak

Wesak is a time when people can meditate to help make the Divine Plan happen on Earth. People who want to help make this happen often spend time purifying themselves and meditating in preparation. If you don’t prepare yourself well, then the meditation might not have the effect you want.

The 5 days of Wesak festival are very important! It is believed that during these 5 days, very special energies flow into human consciousness from the heart of God. These energies come from the Lord Buddha, the Lord Christ, and the Spiritual Hierarchy. They are magnified by focused group meditations, which provide an opportunity for spiritual growth.

The two days before the Wesak meditation is a time for self-healing and preparing yourself to receive the intense vibrations released during the meditation. This is also a time to remove any negative thoughts or emotions from your aura that might interfere with your ability to channel spiritual force.

After Wesak, it is a good time to share the spiritual energies you received with other people. To do this, you need to be ready and willing to help. The Hierarchy will use you as an effective instrument if you are dedicated, willing to serve, and receptive.
