Do We Create Our Own Reality? A Powerful Truth
Do We Create Our Own Reality?
There’s a lot of debate on this topic, but at its core, quantum physics suggests that we create our own reality. In a very real sense, we are all “creators”.
This has been experimentally demonstrated in various ways. For example, there is the famous double-slit experiment, which shows that particles (like photons) don’t actually have a definite location until they’re observed. Until they’re observed, they act as if they’re waves and can go through both slits at the same time.
So what does this mean for us? Well, it means that we have the power to create our own reality based on our thoughts and intentions.
It appears that we do create our own reality to some extent. Our thoughts and emotions appear to play a significant role in shaping our experience of the world. The problem is that most people aren’t aware of it because they’re not paying attention.
The way we think and feel about things directly affects the molecules and energy around us, which in turn affects the things that happen to us. So our thoughts and emotions create a kind of feedback loop that influences our reality in a very real way.
Everything that we experience in life starts with a thought. Thoughts are creative and powerful, and they have the ability to manifest into physical form. So if we want to create a reality that’s aligned with our goals and desires, we need to start by thinking about what we want rather than what we don’t want.
The first step is to get clear on what it is that you want. The second step is to take action and start moving towards your goal. And the third step is to stay focused on your goal and maintain positive thoughts, feelings, and emotions as you move towards it.
Of course, there are also many factors outside of our control, but ultimately we are responsible for how we choose to perceive and react to those factors.
How Do We Create Our Own Reality
We create our own reality through the act of observation.
Quantum mechanics suggests that the mere act of observation creates what we observe. Your conscious observation creates the reality you experience.
Quantum physics has demonstrated that particles (like atoms and photons) change their nature depending on whether they are being observed or not. In some cases, they even split into two separate particles. This phenomenon is called “quantum entanglement.”
So what does this mean for us? It means that our thoughts and perceptions play a role in shaping the reality we experience. In other words, we create our own reality through the power of our minds.
We create our own reality by the thoughts we think and the emotions we feel. Our thoughts and emotions create vibrations that attract corresponding circumstances, people, and events into our lives.
So if you want to change your reality, start by changing your thoughts and emotions. focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want, and be positive instead of negative. The more positive energy you put out there, the more positive things will come back to you.
We create our own reality by what we focus on and how we think. If we focus on the good in life, we will find more good comes to us. And if we think positively, our reality will reflect that. Louise Hay said it best: “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
Every time we have a thought, it creates an emotional energy vibration that goes out into the universe. This energy vibration attracts similar vibrations from the universe, and begins to form patterns of what we call reality. Our thoughts and emotions are like magnets that attract similar things to us.
So the more positive thoughts and emotions we have, the more positive realities we will attract into our lives. And the more negative thoughts and emotions we have, the more negative realities we will attract into our lives.
It’s important to remember that we always have a choice in what thoughts and emotions we choose to focus on.
Conclusion
Ponder these questions:
Are you your body?
Are your brain?
Are you your mind?
Yes you do have a body, you do have a brain, and you do have a mind, but you any of those? or maybe none of those.
All of those things are stuff that you have, taken together it’s like a brand with your name on it, so to speak.
Then who are you?
Are you your mind? or your thoughts? Have you ever observed your thinking, your thoughts, and the way you think? Then who is doing the observing? Who is the observer?
We live in a sea of possibilities. We manifest the possibility we observe. Once we observe a certain possibility out of the multitude of possible realities, that possibility will become our experienced reality at that moment. Do we create our own reality?
